You won't find 200-step nurture workflows or landing-page builders here. If your day-to-day is "track deals → forecast cash → collect cash," we're built for that.
How does the cash flow forecast actually work?+
Cash Flow Optimizer continuously reads the financial signals already inside your business — money coming in, money going out, your active deals, and your payroll — and turns them into a forward-looking forecast you can actually trust. It updates automatically as your data changes, so you're always looking at the freshest picture. Most teams get real clarity within minutes of connecting their accounts — no spreadsheets, no analyst required.
What about marketing automation? I rely on HubSpot for nurture.+
Honest answer: Cash Flow Optimizer is a replacement for HubSpot, not an integration. We don't sync with it. Can I keep using HubSpot during the trial?+
Yes — you can run both side-by-side during the trial. To be clear: Cash Flow Optimizer does not sync with HubSpot. We're built as a replacement, not a companion.
